Return Policy for Adco Marketing Promotional Items
Adco Marketing takes specific care in choosing which promotional items and promotional products are on our site. However, due to the fact that most of our items are personalized or imprinted, these items generally cannot be restocked.
Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or imprinted promotional items. On rush promotional items, a paper proof is tyically waived in order to speed production and errors in printing provided in the original artwork are not returnable.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 30 days from receipt of order unless manufacturer warranty extends beyond that time. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact our sales department at email@example.com or at 415-927-2881 and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our sales department for assistance. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. We will also arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
Returns on undamaged blank items require a 10% to 15% restocking fee depending on the promotional item purchased.
