RETURNS

All Promotional Items and Corporate Gifts produced by Adco Marketing are customized with your logo and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or a missed event.  All food items are non-returnable due to FDA regulations.

Please note that we mainly use UPS, but as with any service, packages can be lost, damaged or miss in-hands-dates due to weather and other events.  We pride ourseleves on taking care of our customers and will do whatever it takes to make your event successful.
