2. Your Rights Under State Law

If you reside in a state with comprehensive privacy frameworks, you are granted specific rights regarding your personal information. You can exercise these options free from any form of commercial retaliation or price discrimination.

  • The Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request twice a year that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold/shared about you over the past 12 months.

  • The Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we permanently delete personal information collected from you, subject to specific legal exceptions (such as the need to finish a pending transaction or comply with local tax laws).

  • The Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we update or modify inaccurate or incomplete personal data we maintain about you.

  • The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to direct us to stop sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

  • The Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use: You can instruct us to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information solely to what is necessary to perform essential website operations. (Note: We already limit our sensitive data strictly to secure order processing).

3. How to Submit a Privacy Request

To exercise your right to access, correct, or delete your information, please submit a verifiable request to us through one of the following official channels:

Identity Verification Process: To protect your private data, we must verify your identity before processing access, correction, or deletion requests. We may ask you to confirm details only an account owner would know, or verify the request via your registered login credentials. You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf using these same channels.

4. How We Handle Automated Opt-Out Requests

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our website actively monitors for and honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by browser settings or extensions. If our platform detects a GPC opt-out signal from your browser, it automatically turns off all non-essential marketing pixels and treats it as a comprehensive "Do Not Sell or Share" directive.

  • Minors: We do not knowingly collect, share, or sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor under 16, we will immediately delete the data or require affirmative opt-in parental consent.

5. Basically, we do not sell your name, contact information to other sites but we do use them to do everyday business!  Phew.
